"Cute clothes, but confusing care instructions"
The clothes are really nice, but was it just me or were the care instructions kind of unclear? The label on my dress and the info online didn’t really match up well enough for me to feel confident washing it. I reached out to support, but their answer didn’t make it much clearer, so I was nervous about ruining it. A bit frustrating because I do like the dress.

I do like a few of the ba-sh styles, and I went in expecting the sustainability side to feel a bit more thought-out, especially at this price point. But when I looked around, the info felt vague, lots of nice-sounding phrases, but not much detail about the materials, where things are made, or how much is actually recycled.
I also wish it were easier to filter for the more eco-conscious pieces. The shipping packaging felt like more than necessary too, which didn’t really match the image I had in my head. It’s not a terrible experience, but there was definitely a gap between what I expected and what they actually showed me.

I was disappointed with this dress. It looked different from the description, and the fabric felt way thinner than what was listed. I also had to deal with a frustrating return, and even my basic request seemed to get ignored, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. Probably won’t be buying from them again anytime soon

The clothes are nice and look good, but am I missing something when it comes to the ethics side? I expected way more clear info about where and how everything is made, especially for the price. I ordered this weeks ago and the delivery date kept getting pushed back with barely any clear tracking info. When I reached out to support, they basically just told me to wait, which was frustrating. the whole experience was annoying, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered a dress from ba-sh.com the color was far off. Online it looked like a soft beige, but when it showed up it was more of a yellow-green shade. The fit was fine, so that part wasn’t the issue, but I definitely wouldn’t have bought it if the photos had shown the real color better.

I was trying to order a dress from ba&sh, but the payment options were limited. The method I usually use for online shopping wasn’t available, so I ended up just leaving it at checkout.
For a store with prices like this, I expected a few more choices, like PayPal or better local payment options. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me it was just annoying and not really worth the hassle.

"Promo code left me stuck"
I saw a discount code and figured I’d use it at checkout, but it wouldn’t apply no matter what I tried. I ended up feeling kind of trapped because I was already ready to buy, but the price wasn’t what I expected. "Nice clothes, frustrating return process"
The clothes were actually really nice, but the return experience was more annoying than it should’ve been. The refund took forever, and support was slow to get back to me. What really got on my nerves was having to explain the same issue more than once, like nobody was reading the previous messages. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but for the price, I definitely expected things to be smoother.

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I tried ordering from ba&sh and the whole checkout process was really frustrating. After I entered my card details, the page kept freezing, so I had to refresh a couple of times, and at one point my cart even emptied itself. I also ended up sitting there feeling like I was stuck in some annoying online queue, waiting for the site to do something, with no clear message about whether my payment had gone through or not. For a brand selling expensive clothes, the checkout feels way too clunky. I gave up in the end.

"Not worth the name or the price"
I ordered from ba&sh because I’d always heard good things about the brand, but after trying it myself, I don’t really understand the hype.
The clothes looked lovely online, but in person they just felt average, especially for the price. I was expecting something that felt more premium or special, and it just didn’t really deliver.
Customer service didn’t help either. The replies were slow and vague, and I kind of felt left in the dark while waiting for answers. For the money, I’d rather shop somewhere else next time

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered a dress in my usual size and even checked the size guide first, but the fit was just strange. The waist was way too tight while the shoulders were loose, so it looked awkward on me. The return process was kind of a hassle too, and I felt more like a ticket number than an actual customer. I don’t really feel like risking another size since the sizing seems all over the place.
